On Mark Cuban: Next Thing You’re Going to Tell Me, Congress Will Have Hearings on Steroids in Baseball

Glad to see the SEC going after a guy who maybe avoided losing 750 thou.
Fannie, Freddie, AIG, Lehman….

Unregulated, unknown Hedge Funds, Credit Default Swaps and Chris Cox has his finger up his ass.

And they go after Cuban, who bankrolled through his Magnolia Pictures an Iraq film (the other one-not Redacted), tried to put together financing to distribute “Loose Change” chairs the Fallen Patriot program and starts a website that states as it’s mission to find out Exactly what the bailout money is being used for. The first week he finds that they’re blacking out exec pay in one of the first deals.

Think he got on someone’s radar?

So the SEC decides to go after Cuban for something from 4 yrs. ago and is basically bunk. Compared to the real criminality that’s been going on for the past decade- it’s stunning.

Next thing you’re going to tell me that Congress will have hearings on steroids in baseball.
